Blake operates closely with our subsidiary company, Interactive Solutions – a leading technology enabler of end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Management solutions – to leverage existing and new technologies in the best interest of our clients.

We use a workflow/CRM system, APT, designed to control, manage, monitor and process all functions relating to call centre management. The system was designed in-house by Interactive Solutions.

Our dedicated development team continues to develop and refine best-of-breed technology that caters for tailor-made customer service solutions unique and specific to our clients’ business needs.

Blake utilises state-of-the-art Business Intelligence to manage all aspects of our operations proactively and accurately. Reporting is customised to our clients’ specific requirements.

Blake works with multinational companies in the management of all services related to the provision of financial services and telecommunications, and has a relationship with Emergia in Spain through which we can leverage foreign language resources as the need arises.
