FNB Smart Spend currently run a competition between all the collection agencies monthly on best collection rate reduction. The trophy is awarded to the top collection company, based on collection performance by the call centre.
The agencies in the competition are Blake & Associates, Daly, ARA (Anthony Richards & Associates), MBD and Nimble.

A floating trophy is awarded monthly to the best collection company with the best results, based on collection performance. In addition FNB sponsor a lunch for all staff working on the project, at which the trophy is handed over.
Blake & Associates have won this competition every month since its inception four months ago.
